#1 Scheduling Blocks

Most of you are familiar with the “Default Scheduling Hours” feature, which provides a timeframe for Trevor’s AI Scheduling Suggestions.

The newly added Scheduling Blocks allow you to personalize the scheduling times for each of your task lists, giving you a lot more flexibility.

You can create multiple scheduling blocks - specifying days of week, times of day, and an optional break period, and then assign one or many task lists to each blocks. Ex: "Morning Routine", "Working Hours", "Side Project", "Thursday Gig", "Weekend Activities", etc...

Create Scheduling Blocks in Account Settings and link them to your lists, forcing Trevor's AI scheduling suggestions to respect your preferred scheduling times.

#2 Multiple Scheduling Calendars

You can now select a Scheduling Calendar for each task list.

Schedule personal tasks in a personal calendar and work tasks in a work calendar, giving you greater flexibility over your scheduling, on a per-list basis.

Open a list and link your desired calendar, via the calendar icon.

#3 Updated Pricing for a New Era

NOTE: Pricing update does NOT apply to existing Pro subscribers, only to new subscriptions starting 1st of October, 2024.
